How often do you send emails?

The frequency of email sends varies by category. Some emails, like newsletters are sent once a month and others, like events may be sent more frequently, based on when the events occur. Our goal is never to send too many emails in a short span of time (we don't like that either).

How can I change my communication preferences?

You can change your email preferences at any time by coming to this page and filling out the email preferences form.

How do I unsubscribe from all emails?

To unsubscribe from all emails — which we hope you won't, but understand if you do — just visit this page and fill out the form above and select "Unsubscribe from ALL Emails."

Can I unsubscribe from just a subset of emails?

Yes! You can adjust your communication preferences at any time by visiting this page and indicating just the topics you wish to receive communications about.

Will I still receive notifications about updates for solutions my organization owns?

We are contractually obligated to send customers that have current support agreements any support bulletins outlining information that might be critical to the functioning of their product. The only way to stop ALL emails would be to opt completely out of our database, which can be done by sending us an email.

What happens if I'm already in your database and I don't make any selsctions on the form above?

If you are already in our database and have 1) not already opted out AND 2) made a selection on the form above, you will automatically be subscribed to all lists until you make a selection above.
